Beauty in another place

My friends  Jeanette and Trev  are in Dubai now.I had an email from another friend with this link. Neither know each other, so this was such a coincidence.
Jeanette’s postcard gave this information….
Petrol is 51c per litre, diesel 31c per litre.
MILK is liquid gold,  ( this would be music to Fonterra’s ears,) is…..
$9.20 for 2 litres!!!
This is the  link to water fountains.Pure extravagance, but evidently the powers that be think it an expense well spent.Just lovely to watch.

No more photos or news, a Doctor’s visit for a skin biopsy, then to the optician for full eye check over.  Drops, yellow drops, more drops, a look in with something that can see around the corners, then the photograph. My eye looked like a huge sun, with dark patches, various veins, and a freckle (nevus) that is just the same as it was some years ago.Thank goodness!!!so my vision is still very blurry, close up or distance both equally as poor, so no reading tonight.
Quotation of the day, from Soren Kierkegaard, 1813-1855
Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards
