Isn't that something how you and I are opposites. Your snow is not a sight I want to see (even if it is beautiful!!). I'm finally thawing out!!

Gayle, it might well be lovely today, but tomorrow, after another freezing night, and maybe turning to slush and mud, nothing even remotely fancy at all. That is where our younger daughter lives,No graders or grit on the remote country roads there.Hope your fodder growing is growing well!! Cheers from Jean.

Great photos of the snow inland..it has been a cold day down here in the south..just love the snowmen..and I agree ..when the snow turns to mush it is nowhere near as exciting..

Snow looks lovely for about an hour when it's in it's virgin and untouched state.
But after that I'd be happy to see it melt very fast.
Lovely photos.

Very pretty. Although, I'm sure the first snow is always pretty, it's having to live with it for months at a time that it gets old.

Hope you are nice and warm and cozy in your home.

Cold up here as well - not as cold as you get it but 8 degrees in the porch this morning.

Hi Susan, just over 3 Celsius early today, still very cold down there at 7 a.m. 8 degrees is quite cool for you I think. Load up the firewood box. Cheers,Jean
