The boys next door have a new chum, another boy, and they all came home with “short back and sides” nice and cool these hot days.
Without further ado… Drum Roll!!!!!
I was so close for this next shot, about 18 inches from his face!!!
Do you ever smile at the girl next door??
Quotation of the day, from Larry David
“Anyone can be confident with a full head of hair. But a confident bald man -
there's your diamond in the rough”

Hello Jean, I love the alpacas, they are adorable. Great closeups... And the quote is perfect for this post..Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!
Delightful new dos, these handsome fellas! I suspect their heads were probably just too hot! Looks like they've been sheared also, so they are probably lots cooler now.
such cute alpacas! adorable!
Thanks for all your words, and yes, all the boys had been shorn, although they didn't have super long fleeces, this will be a lot cooler. Maybe they do not feel the heat. as often I see them lying stretched out in the midday sun , even though they have shady places to rest under.
That brown boy looks like he has a hat on. The fringe shades his eyes!
What a sweet face! I've heard that Llamas spit - be careful, Jean.
What lovely neighbours, so cute with those big brown eyes.
They look so cute!
I love those animals!! You are lucky to be able to visit them whenever.
Well, glad to learn I'm a 'diamond in the rough'!
I love those hairdo's! I've never seen llamas with such short coats. Your other commenter is right - I used to take care of llamas and they will spit a truly vile substance at you if they get upset!
What real characters!
They are such interesting critters! I love them. We have a couple of farms neaby, where they sell wool and other products. It's fun.
