July, another wonderful 12 days of Christmas Blog Hop, and so many thanks to Sarah at Confessions of a Fabric Addict
for hosting this event again.A lot of hours and blog time behind it all, and so many new projects to sew now or save for later. New friends, and for me, wonderful Birthday Messages.
Thank you all so much. Facebook and Blog, Phone and mail. they were wonderful.

A huge part of this fab blog hop has been meeting new blog friends, finding new projects, and catching up with friends from last year and earlier. I hope you have all enjoyed it as much as I have, and have saved some good ideas for nearer to Christmas.
There was no feline supervision needed, but just in case, here is Basil
Quotation of the day, author unknown
“ Old friends are Gold,
New friends are Diamonds,
If Diamonds come into your life,
remember the Gold,
as every Diamond needs a Gold setting to hold it firm.”
Greetings from Jean.
and for the overseas readers, here is the winner.

Hello jean,
Your blog hop party sounds like a great success. Congrats to Susan the winner.
Love your sweet Basil and the quote. Happy Friday, enjoy your day and weekend!
Basil looks so sweet. I have a soft spot for orange kitties.
I can see I started this, saved as a draft, and went back after all the comments were in. That huge gap at the bottom and the last blog words should not be there. Guess it is easy to have a mistake or two now and then. Too cloudy and dull to see the moon and sun together, and we are too far north for that really good look at the last of the full moon.
I hope that you had a wonderful birthday and Basil is the sweetest kitty!
You have so much fun! Well done! I knew you'd have a happy birthday!
Your blog hop party sounds wonderful! Congrats to the winners! Happy belated birthday to you!
Aaahh, i love Basil !
Happy Birthday, Jean! (a couple of days late). You are such a talented person, and so is Hugh! I didn't know that he did woodwork like that. You are quite a pair!
Congrats to the lucky winners, and thank you for the pic of sweet Basil, looking so content in the spring sunshine!
Sweet kitty and such a good quote.
Thank you! Sent you an email last week. Can't wait to get the fabrics.
Happy belated birthday Jean! Sounds like you had a great day!
Happy Belated Birthday, Jean! Looks like you had a wonderful time with celebrating and blog hopping!
I recognize the photo of Basil as I work backwards ~ such a beautiful cat. I wish I could have held him close and heard his gentle purr. I'm sure that the two Susan's were delighted with the fabrics they received from you!
