Josh, our Grandson , Happy Birthday.

Today our Grandson celebrates his birthday, I remember that first day so well.

We are so proud of all you have achieved, and hope you have a wonderful day, with workmates and friends down in Wellington.

A few memories.

You can see he loves the outdoors, high mountains, and trout fishing.
Many Good Wishes for today and  every day.

Quotation of the day,

" Grandparent Graduation is the best degree of all "

Greetings from Jean.

Happy Birthday to that wonderful young man! Here we are under air quality adviseries almost daily due to the wildfires in Quebec. It is discouraging to think of all the destruction. Weather events are more frequent it seems.

I'm loving your sharing your grandson's outdoor adventures! Grandparenting is great. Our family has two sets of twins on the way this year! First pregnancy for both couples. Isn't that something!

Great :-))
A little late but from the bottom of our hearts all the best for your grandson on his birthday.
Beautiful photos you show... I am currently visiting my grand grandson because he is attending a drawing class nearby... but he is a sportsman at heart... your photos remind me.
All the best to you from Viola

Hi Jean!

Google has changed something so I can no longer comment on my own blog. But I just had to reply to your lovely comment:
How I admire your Gran! And her steel double pointed needles must be a sentimental treasure! I must say, I'm bedazzled by the variety and colours of wool blend sock yarns available. My cousin was using a self striping sock yarn. Last night the super moon was so bright here that I could have read a book by it. Thanks for the encouragement, Jean. I was thinking of all your NZ sheep and how they help keep the world both fed and warm.
