Glorious Colours

 

Spring in all its beauty has sprung, and the blossoms keep on showing those deep rich colours as only rhododendrons do.

This week’s challenge, “ Fill the Frame”

The first Hoop Petticoat  Daffodil is flowering. Narcissus Bulbocodium, the bulbs a gift from a dear friend many years ago.I  grow them in wooden barrows, so the bulbs stay safe and do not ever get lost.

The freesias, white, and in another box, deep red, send that fragrant perfume  across the garden as I walk past.Who could resist one mor

Thank you, that was a quick reply, as I made a mistake and had to delete and repost, somehow the title was added below the photos!!1 Yes, our spring is here, cold wind this morning but great sunshine now at 2 p.m. Our rhodos are in full bloom, so will need to make sure they get lots of water before the summer is here. Lovely Rhodos - we have just two - the first is nearly finished and the second, which is planted so close as to look like one bush, is only just in bud.


Cold wind here today as well but the sun was nice when it came out.

The rhodos this year seem to be brighter than ever, maybe early blooms help. We have had sunshine, cloud, a few spits, and same all over again. Cheers to all, Jean

Thanks KB and Kim, I have just read my own post( how often do we do this) and have found another mistake, I deleted the title put in the wrong place, and also took out the freesia photo and part of some words!!!I'll need to be better next year.. Cheers from Jean.
