Our Day on Water and Land

Emirates Team New Zealand

Dean, tomorrow is another day, we are all right behind you, just wish we could have added some wind for that first race today.

Go, Emirates Team New Zealand!!!

At home, golden glowing sky was there for those few minutes,Leave the dinner on the stove, forget the mustard sauce, get your camera!!! In those few moments, I  looked at the stunning sky, then in an instant  those angled rays were all gone, and darkening blue took over the gold.

Golden glow #1

Golden Glow #3

Quotation of the day, from Horace

“ Remember when life’s path is steep to keep your mind even”

Greetings from Jean

Lovely sky shots! I often put dinner on the back burner when I see something to photograph!

Hello Jean,
I must start remembering to take my camera on my outings.
Wonderful sky shots you captured!

Wishing you a good day

Hi Jean, Love those last rays of sunshine. Bob is watching our recording of the America's Cup - we don't know who won yet.

Barb, today is Sunday here, racing postponed, ( Saturday in San Fran) the wind is from the wrong direction, so still at Team NZ 8 v Oracle 3, another day tomorrow. Sunshine here after rain overnight, hope all is OK with you and yours. Greetings, Jean.

You sure did capture that moment when the sun's rays were the most spectacular. Beautiful.

Such powerful color in those skies! I like the quote and needed that today. Hope you are doing well.

Hi Linda, KB and Michaele, today we have rain, little wind, and no colours in the sky other than pale grey, dull grey, and dark grey. The quote, maybe it should be
" Keep your feet walking upwards"
Take care, Greetings from Jean
