Danielle is our #1 Granddaughter, and here are some pics of her, from some years ago to right now, in 2013.

Ditto, another horse, another place, 2013. Another new skill you have achieved with much hard work, practise and days out in all weather.

“ Accomplishments will prove to be a journey, not a destination”

i like a girl that goes barefoot. :) already a great horsewoman, too!
Is it always the plan to be barefoot when riding in water? This is a recent sport for Danielle, she has done so well.Grandparenthood is one place where bragging can be done unashamedly. Greetings from Jean.
And proud you ought to be! What a sweetheart! Thanks for sharing with us Jean! Have a wonderful Thursday evening? Yes?
What a great girl! You absolutely have bragging rights!!
Thanks Jim, Michaele and Susan, guess for some of you nearly late night-time by now. Yes, we are so lucky to have 2 wonderful grandies, and after asking, was thrilled to be able to post some pics. Greetings, Jean.
She is beautiful and a lucky girl to be sitting on those horses... every little girl's dream. (Mine, too).
Hello Ms Nancy, your granddaughter is very pretty. Wishing you a great week ahead. I found your blog from Lorraine's and decided to say "hi!"
Take care, Farida
Gayle, ta for lovely words, will phone them tonight and pass on all the praise and more. when I was a little younger than Danielle, my horse was the way I rode to primary school, pure necessity. Hi Farida, lovely to meet you, thanks for a great comment. They will be so happy for your words. Greetings from Jean. p.s. Gayle, do you STILL have snow??
The journey is what we are all on, Jean, isn't it. Danielle is so sweet and so loves horses.

Darling girl, great pictures!
Something tells me that Danielle is an adventurous girl!
And, of course you are entitled to brag Grandmother!
A lovely series. Of course you have the right to brag, you're a gramma!
Gramma's should always brag. It makes their grandchildren feel special.
Thank you all so much, I have passed on all your comments, Danielle says thank you so much too, they are both amazed at how many of my wonderful friends said equally wonderful words.Heart warming. Greetings from Jean.
Loved these bragging posts Jean, your grandchildren look like they have so much for you to be proud of. I've been away from blogs for a little while, but I was also sorry to read about your Poppy, it's always tough when we don't have all the answers we'd like. Thinking of you...
Nicky, I can see you have been busy, and now with winter almost here, farm life pace increases, more work and less daylight hours. Yes, an answer would be so nice, I still hope, thanks for your caring words.Greetings from Jean. p.s.will you get snow today, 27th??
