The Library is a treasure to visit, and in the week I have been in Rotorua have visited three times.
So many books to look at, choose to take home, and then decide on patterns to use later.
The entry foyer has the most wonderful dollhouse.
Blair House is so detailed, the rooms each with its own speciality.
This dollhouse is on loan from the Blair and Watson Families, so generously, and was created by Mrs Quona Blair
This is a view from the side.
Two of the patterns that appealed so very much Courtesy of New Zealand Quilter. .However I now have the May FMQ 2012 challenge to tackle, these might have to wait.
Quotation of the day, from Robert Louis Stevenson, 1850-1894
“ I will make you brooches and toys for your delight
Of bird-song at morning and star-shine at night”
